Nsima with bonongwe and peanut flour relish
- 4-5 cups bonongwe leaves (or spinach, kale, etc.) chopped
- 1 medium tomato chopped
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 cup peanut flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- Bring water and salt to a boil in a pot.
- Add the chopped leaves and simmer, covered, for 3-5 minutes.
- Addonion, tomato and peanut flour. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes longer.
