Russian Crab Salad
Ingredients
- 16 oz. imitation crab sticks diced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs diced
- 1 can corn drained
- Green onions finely diced
- Fresh dill minced
- Mayonnaise
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Mix together the crab, eggs, corn, green onions, and dill. Stir in mayonnaise to taste. Add in salt, if needed. Enjoy!
