Instructions
Chop the tomatoes, peppers and cucumber.
Add the onion, ham, mushrooms, and yellow cheese.
Add the cooking oil.
Mix well and flavor with vinegar and salt.
Serve the salad decorated with hard boiled eggs, crumbled cheese, parsley and olives.
