Pie crust:

melted butter
slightly cooled

sugar

flour

baking powder
Filling:

cup
sour cream
1
tsp
vanilla
½
cup
sugar

eggs
20
oz
can crushed pineapple
Whipped cream
for serving
Instructions
Mix together crust ingredients and pat into a pie pan.
Drain the pineapple well.
Mix filling ingredients together and pour into pie crust.
Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream.
