Ingredients

bonongwe leaves (or spinach, kale, etc.)
chopped

tomato
chopped

onion
diced

peanut flour

tsp
salt

cup
water
Instructions
Bring water and salt to a boil in a pot.
Add the chopped leaves and simmer, covered, for 3-5 minutes.
Addonion, tomato and peanut flour. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes longer.
